Milano Munchies Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Commission Structure
   Affiliates earn a $10 flat-rate commission on the initial purchase of a subscription. Commissions are not provided on any recurring subscription payments.

2. Cookie Duration
   Our cookie duration is set to 90 days. Affiliates will receive a commission if a referred customer completes a subscription purchase within 90 days of the initial referral.

3. Payment Terms
   Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal, after a 30-day verification period. Please ensure your PayPal details are up-to-date in your account to avoid payment delays.

4. Restrictions

   • Affiliates may not use their own referral link for personal purchases.
   • Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any misleading or deceptive marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, keyword bidding on Milano Munchies’ brand terms, or promoting false information.
   • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting Milano Munchies.

5. Termination
   Milano Munchies reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time if we believe these terms are violated. Affiliates will be notified of the termination, and any pending commissions may be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach of these terms.
